What to Expect When Working With Us
Who are your typical clients?
We work primarily with senior leadership teams at mid-size organisations — typically companies with 50 to 500 employees navigating meaningful decisions around growth, market positioning, or strategic collaboration. Our clients operate across finance, technology, manufacturing, and professional services, primarily in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
How long does an engagement typically take?
It depends on the service. Decision Architecture runs across 3–4 intensive sessions, usually over 4 to 6 weeks. Competitive Landscape Mapping is delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. Partnership Development is an 8-week engagement. All timelines are agreed upon at the outset and we respect that leadership time is finite.
Do you work in Thai or English?
We conduct engagements in both Thai and English, depending on what best serves your team. Most of our deliverables are available in both languages. We're happy to discuss language preferences during the initial call.
What does the initial conversation involve?
The first call is simply a conversation — we want to understand your situation, what you're navigating, and whether our approach might be a good fit. There's no pressure and no obligation beyond that initial discussion. If we're not the right partner, we'll say so honestly.
Are your services delivered on-site or remotely?
We offer both. Facilitated workshops and decision sessions typically work best in person, especially in Bangkok. Research-heavy deliverables such as the Competitive Landscape Map can be completed remotely, with a presentation meeting at your offices or ours in Bang Rak.
How is confidentiality handled?
Confidentiality is treated as a foundational element of every engagement. We sign mutual non-disclosure agreements before any substantive work begins, and all internal data shared with us is handled with strict discretion. Your competitive information stays with you.
